We are going over the forms for Adj. of Status. We have several questions if anyone can help us we will appreciate it.

1. We know the medical he had for the K1 visa (he is in UK) will be used so he wont need antoher medical however he has not had the vacinations yet. Does our INS office tell us certian places to go for that, is any clinic in our city ok or do we wait for instructions from them?

2. G325 A it will be a little diff. than the one he filed befor because we will be married and he will be living here so for city of residence we of coarse put mine the one he will now be living at right?

3. EAD should we send this with adj. of status or do we file right away in local office?

1. Get his vacinations done at a local health clinc... (its cheeper) then take the info sheet showing what he had to a Civil Surgeon.. (get a list from the USCIS website) they will provide you with a sealed envelope containing the I-683A to send with your AOS packet... phone around the Civil Surgeons in your area for the best price...

2. Yes

3. EAD gets filed along with your AOS to the Chicargo Lockbox address.

Good Luck

re: G325

Which name do you use, maiden or married????

TIA

What ever is your current legal name. If you use your married name, then use that. Your marriage license explains the change in name.
