Passport photos for AOS and EAD, Can I use 2 identical sets?

I have 2 sets of 2 identical photos which makes the total needed for AOS package along with EAP and AP

 

Would it be an issue that the 4 pictures aren't the same?

No that will not be an issue.

 

We did the same thing, but I remember it being more than 2 sets.. If I recall correctly, I had 8 pictures (4 sets) and my wife had 2 (1 set).

Oh, I thought the pictures were only necessary for the person applying for the Green Card. So they need passport pictures of my husband too? I believe I missed that part

I'm not entirely sure, it may be different since you came here as a K1 visa. I adjusted from a student visa

 

For us (and I am trying to recall this from two years ago) we needed:

 

I-130 ( 2 pictures me, 2 pictures my wife)

I-485/765/131 (2 pictures me, each form)

 

So that was 8 pictures for me, 2 for my wife.

 

You may not have to include your husband's pictures since you're not filing an I-130. But just double check.

Yeah it might be different, I double check and I will need a total of 6 pictures. That sucks. I should get the 6 identical pictures maybe

I remember getting all those passport pictures and spending around 80 bucks on them. And the ironic part of it all is that USCIS won't even use them on any of your documents.

 

When you go to your biometrics appointment, they will take a picture, and they use that.

AOS from a K1 = 6 identical photos. 2 for each application ( AOS, EAD, AP ).
