FORM i-131

Hello all,

Getting paperwork ready to renew the work card,, and this time applying for AP, As we did not do that originally.

 

On the I-131 form  what is #6 under other information, page 1      #6 Class of Admission       are they asking how he entered the US?

 

When I send the I-131 form  and the renewal of his work card, where do I send the forms?    A little confusing, looks like they go to two different lock boxes?

Question 1: yes, you enter the type of visa he used entering the country.

Question 2: no idea, haven't done that yet.
