Filed my wife's i485, i765, i864, i693, and i131 today via USPS.

15-Aug-2017- Check encashed

21- Aug- 2017- Received NOA 1 thru mail

 

Waiting now for the mail with Biometrics appointment schedule...

Hi, I'm also pregnant (7 months 🤰🏼) and applying for the AOS too! Congratulations on your little one! 🌷 We are super excited about our first baby! 👪

 

My package reached USCIS August 11th, and so far we got the checks cashed, emails and text messages, but no NOA mail yet... probably tomorrow or next week. 

 

We hope everything will be smooth sailing for us all!!!

August filier here. I originally sent mine on August 9 it was delivered Aug 11 received Aug 14 and sadly rejected on Aug 18 because of a tiny error on the check. I received the entire packet back on Aug 23 i had my husband correct the issue and we refiled the document exactly how it was received on Aug 24 it was delivered yesterday so now back to waiting I'm praying it'll be accepted as is I was unsure if it was ok to refile the document the way the sent it or if i should redo it but based on others experience i decided to leave it as is, wish me luck praying we all have a quick and very smooth process

No state ID is not necessary for AOS as most of us cant even obtain one until we can prove that we've adjusted our status or have an EAD card

Awwwww congrats I must admit I'm lil jealous there, I'm praying for one soon but hubby would prefer I'm settled with immigration before we start trying can hardly wait to be done lol many blessings to you and I pray for a safe delivery all the best.

It's been a week now since our package was signed for and still no word and no check has been cashed. I really hope everything is okay.

We had the check cashed almost 3 weeks after sent, hang in there
