Alright so updates.

I got the NOA1 in the mail today. Like I said, four of them. One each for 130, 485, 131 and 765. I guess I accidentally attached a eNotification thing to the wife's I-130. It was in her name so *shrug*

Timeline so far,

Aug 18, filed.

Aug 21, received.

Aug 29, eNotification NOA1

September 5, NOA1

Congrats :) ....except biometrics mail in 8-12 days :)

I got a text and email last night, but it is only one number. why did I only get one? Could it be that I'll be getting the other numbers later than the first one? Did anyone have the same situation?

I have very little knowledge on this subject but from what I've read this is a very delicate matter especially because DACA recipients are not under a LEGAL immigration status. Before responding I did some reading and because you weren't inspected you would need to leave and re-enter the country after being inspected in order to be eligible to adjust status. You can read this article, i found it insightful http://asianjournal.com/immigration/daca-recipients-who-can-adjust-status/  also like a previous member suggested I'd strongly recommend you get an immigration attorney this is not something to be taken lightly at all. I wish you the very best, stay positive, do your research and get a good lawyer.

Question?? And maybe it's be answered but do I need to submit my actual original marriage certificate with I-485? Is a copy not good enough? And if I do that means I never get it back. Right?

I sent in certified copies with each of my application they were extremely easy to obtain here in AL so i just stock up on them, if you can get certified copies easily it doesn't hurt to use them most persons i know use certified copies for the I-485 and just regular copies for the other applications. Good Luck :)

Thanks!

You will receive biometrics mail anywhere between 10-15 days after you receive your NOA1 by mail (not e-notification). I guess you should be getting it by this weekend or early next week :) I received my NOA1 mail on August 14th and biometrics mail on August 24th and biometrics appointment is on Sept 8th

Do you know what else we do at Biometric appointment beside finger print? Do we need to bring any kind of documents? Im curious hehe. I just got 3 receipt numbers yesterday.

They fingerprint and take your photo. I brought my passport and the biometrics letter.
