So I have been checking frequently on the processing time on my timeline. It has stated from November 3 to the 5th as an estimated time. However, today states that there is no approximate time as there aren't enough approved visas??? The heck does this mean?

That's just based on VJ statistics.  Don't panic.

You should fix your timeline to show California Service Center (CSC). You sent the I-129F to the Texas Lockbox, but it's processed at CSC. As such, the estimate (based on other VJ members) was not accurate and cannot be estimated today because there's not enough recent approvals also with that mistake in their timelines.

Ok thanks. Weird that they didn't out that in the first place. But I haven't received any notice that it got transferred. I should still change this?

TSC processed I-129Fs in the past so it's still valid for past users. But all new I-129Fs go to CSC now. It's not a transfer, though...it was never assigned to TSC (just sent to the Texas lockbox). Check the bottom of your NOA1 in the lower left...it should list the USCIS office address that is processing your case.
