Hello guys, I'm so sorry for posting in the middle of the night like this. I can't sleep thinking about this AOS process. I checked around 300 cases before and after mine. I need some input from you guys August fillers, my 765 is already over 80 days since NoA1. Based of VJ timeline, I should get my EAD between 11/22-11/30. Should I request for case inquiry or wait until VJ suggestion timeline? Hope for the best for all of us!

Hello,

As a lab rat I'm usually up haha.

Im no expert, but in my opinion you might as well wait until the last week of November before you contact them. A friend of mine waited until the VJ predicted date and then contacted local congressman to expedite the case. He then got his EAD in less than a week after. Hope that won't be necessary and you get your EAD soon.

Hello,

As far as I remember I filled out the forms on my computer, printed them out, and took them to the social security office. You can only apply for a replacement online, but will have to go to the office in person to apply for a new social. Once you get there you'll have to wait till It's your turn and then one of the employees will help you. Just make sure you take all your documents. You could check what documents you'll need to take on their webpage. They will mail your social shortly after. EAD and social are required for you start working. Hope this helps.
