Congrats!!! Did you apply in California as well? It seems that California has one of the fastest processing times ever (less than 90 days for GC currently o_O). Most of the filers who already got their Gc/interview filed in California, and also Nebraska. Hope the other places were as fast as these Centers. All we can do is pray, haha. I'm really losing hope that I'll hear anything from uscis at this point, especially since they lost my i765 for more than one month and took another month to find it which never happens - even 3 officers said this to me (bad luck sign), but oh well. Glad things move along for everyone here! 💜 Thanks for keeping us posted.

We applied in South Carolina.  Our field office is a really small office in a small town in South Carolina so I am wondering if that helped the process along.  I have a coworker who filed for his wife a month before us though to the same office and he hasn't heard anything yet.  I really have NO idea how they process cases and all.  Fingers crossed your luck turns around and you hear something soon!  I am hoping everyone does!  I know how stressful the wait can be.

Good morning everyone!  Just wanted to give you our update on my husband's AOS timeline.  We received an update last night that his interview for his green card is scheduled for December 14!  Our timeline is as follows:

August 4 - Marriage

August 15- sent AOS packet

August 17- Packet received

Late August- NOA1s received

September 12 - Biometrics appointment

October 17- updated to "ready to be scheduled for interview"

November 9- updated to "interview scheduled" for December 14

So I am not sure if his EAD/AP will get approved in the meantime but looks like he will be an official green card holder by mid December. :jest:  I hope everyone else starts hearing some updates on your cases soon!  Maybe they are getting a little pep in their step trying to get stuff done before the holidays!

Congrats :)

Register for usps informed delivery. Visit usps website. Then you can see the info on dashboard :)

I'm a November filer and I noticed the new form I-765 has the option for SSA to send you replacement SS card. Did you opt "Yes" ? I'm curious if you will get a new SS card by the end of the month without having to go to the SS office.
