Anyone here has experience on below problem please advise me how I can deal with it.

I sent AOS package (I130, I485, I131 and I765) in Oct and well received emails with receipt numbers for 4 forms. However, I only have received 3 NOA1 (I130, I485 and I765) by paper and still lacking of NOA paper for I131. I called to USCIS yesterday for asking help, but one lady said that I need to check with USPS as they already sent 4 NOAs on the same day and cannot send duplicate.

I am a bit worried what I need to do right now. Hope to have your useful advice.

First thing, contact your local USPS center and complain immediately. Sometimes, they leave some mails behind by accident, sometimes they drop mails in someone else's mail box. USPS do mix up mails, it has happened to my family multiple times.  Please do that today. If that yields nothing, then contact USCIS again and explain the situation, but make sure you speak with an officer that will give you meaningful solution to the situation. Hope that helps

You can do what Jesusboy said. However, rest assured, it's not a big deal- it happened to me too. I filed I-485, I-130, I-131 together and received only 1 NOA for I-130. I wondered about the other two notices too but they did not matter, since my case is still advancing. Later I received a message that USPS failed to deliver a notice. I put in a service request for the I-485 and I-130 (note that they only let you put in a request once it's over 30 days)  and they sent me a copy of the NOA for I-131. I still don't have the NOA for I-485 but USCIS never mentioned that. As long as you get our biometrics letter and confirmation for I-765 you're in good shape. It's most likely the postal service's fault. Hopefully they don't screw up a second time for you. Good luck!

Congratulations to everybody! It was truly a great week with a ton of great news!

Aug 22 AOS package (I-485, I-130, I-131) sent to Chicago lockbox

Aug 23 Delivered

Aug 30 Email/text receipts of 3

Sep 2 NOA for I-130 only

I want to congratulate all of you that have received some notice/progress on your EAD and AP. Things are moving and you guys now can start doing stuff....looking for a job, traveling and been more productive. CONGRATS.

@Aviinashh and friends I’m still waiting for my EAD but have involved my Senator today. I figured I will do what I can to get my documents as fast as I can and if that doesn’t happen at least I tried. Will keep you all informed on the status.

O I hope it works out for you with the Senator! I contacted my congresswoman yesterday and she seemed super helpful so I’m hoping something can come out soon :) good luck and get your tickets ready for Christmas!!

Thank you so much for your advice. You told me that USCIS can send a copy of notice to us after 30 days, is it right? How can they issue a copy of I131 but did not mention about I485 for you at the same time? Did you put the service request online or did you call to hotline of USCIS? I will try to do the way you guys advise to get mine!

Hi!

I have a small question but I guess I'll receive the answer in the mail :):

Nov 4th: card in production (i175)

Nov 9th: card (i175) was mailed to me

Nov 6th: approval notice sent for ap

I'm just wondering if it is normal that the approval notice for AP comes after the card being produced. Is this how the process was for everyone? Wondering if I will receive a combo card or not...

Congrats!!! Did you apply in California as well? It seems that California has one of the fastest processing times ever (less than 90 days for GC currently o_O). Most of the filers who already got their Gc/interview filed in California, and also Nebraska. Hope the other places were as fast as these Centers. All we can do is pray, haha. I'm really losing hope that I'll hear anything from uscis at this point, especially since they lost my i765 for more than one month and took another month to find it which never happens - even 3 officers said this to me (bad luck sign), but oh well. Glad things move along for everyone here! 💜 Thanks for keeping us posted.

Timeline (From B2 visa to AOS)

July 15, 2016 -> Got married
August 3, 2017 -> Mailed AOS packet (I-130, I-485, I-765)
August 4, 2017 -> Package received
August 14, 2017 -> NOA for I-130 and I-485 (not I-765... called multiple times to ask about this but was told to wait)
August 25, 2017 -> NOA for Biometrics Appt (I-485)
August 30, 2017 -> Sent email asking to look for I-765 (My I-765 was LOST)
September 8, 2017 -> Biometrics Appt for I-485
September 26, 2017 -> Received email from USCIS I-765 found and PD August 4
October, 2017 -> NOA for I-765 and Tier 2 officer cancelled 2nd biometrics

November 3, 2017 -> Raised SR online for I-765

December 11, 2017 -> SR showed as "completed" by the assigned officer

January 8, 2018 -> Name was updated

January 18, 2018 -> interview scheduled
