Waiting for my biometrics too!  Looks like you and I have similar timelines.

Slightly off-topic but not really: I just read the thread in the "AoS from work, travel & student visas" page about the OP's friend receiving a Stokes interview notice.  It made me freak out!  I know we all JUST got officially started through all this so there's nothing to worry about right now.  But still, just the thought of it scares the bejesus outta me.

I think I saw that one! I'm not too bothered by it tbh. If there's nothing to hide then you shouldn't feel nervous :) and in my case if they decided to not believe me I'll just take hubby and move to the uk instead :) hehe

Yes if they have doubts that the marriage is not ligit. they can call back for a second interview. If all is well with the relationship there is nothing to worry about.

You'll be fine. As far as I know you are more likely to get the combo card which also includes the work document so you are good. When you receive the NOA for the biometrics though, you should confirm that they are taking the biometrics both for the aos and work permit. If not, then go ahead and call. You can call anyways if you want just to be sure. But after reading almost every case for the past 2 years I would think you're okay :) just make sure of the biometrics document, it should say i765 as well. Good luck!

Timeline (From B2 visa to AOS)

July 15, 2016 -> Got married
August 3, 2017 -> Mailed AOS packet (I-130, I-485, I-765)
August 4, 2017 -> Package received
August 14, 2017 -> NOA for I-130 and I-485 (not I-765... called multiple times to ask about this but was told to wait)
August 25, 2017 -> NOA for Biometrics Appt (I-485)
August 30, 2017 -> Sent email asking to look for I-765 (My I-765 was LOST)
September 8, 2017 -> Biometrics Appt for I-485
September 26, 2017 -> Received email from USCIS I-765 found and PD August 4
October, 2017 -> NOA for I-765 and Tier 2 officer cancelled 2nd biometrics

November 3, 2017 -> Raised SR online for I-765

December 11, 2017 -> SR showed as "completed" by the assigned officer

Oh wait. I think I misunderstood everything. Don't know about an "apartment number." Sorry, literally just woke up.

Same here! If they choose to not believe because of crazy reasons, we will just go be happy somewhere else. 💜 The only sad thing would be that hubby's parents would stay here and when grandchildren come it'll be hard to arrange visits since they do not travel. But oh well. Good luck to us!
