Are you raising at SR tomorrow? Tomorrow is the 91st day for you, right? Are you planning to ask about the EAD/AP or the AOS?

Am going to raise a SR for EAD since that's more important at the moment and as per USCIS processing times (which is really incorrect and confusing for some reason)^^^....the processing of I-485 at Cincinnati's office in Ohio is still dealing with cases from

Field Office Processing Dates for Cincinnati OH as of: August 31, 2017

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status October 11, 2016

Last Updated: October 31, 2017

^^^The previous update as of USCIS processing was on October 13th (Friday) and it was still showing "As of August 31 2017 they are processing cases of October 11 2016". The same goes for I-765 for National Benefits Centre (MSC).. As per their October 13 update the NBC said "As of August 31st 2017 processing cases as of May 10 2017" and this is the latest update

Field Office Processing Dates for National Benefits Center as of: August 31, 2017

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] May 10, 2017

Last Updated: October 31, 2017

So they are still processing I-765 cases of May 10 2017 on October 13 update and October 31st update whereas August have started receiving their EADs

Oh weird, my local office is still showing processing times as of Aug 31! Wonder why it hasn't updated too. ARGH. So do you think you won't be able to submit an SR for AOS at all, since according to their processing time it's fine for people after Oct 2016 to have not heard anything?
