There is still no update in my case sinc they mailed me RIFE and I did respond within a week! my RIFE was only to send form I-130a..

even my case online still ( request for initial evidence mailed) for a month now... tried to call and they askedBut me to wait 60 days to follow and see if they received my respons!!! I have confirmation and the package was signed! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hang in there  was in the same position but God is working on ur situation things  will change soon😊.

Its on the page section right of the case history. Its about actions taken on case.  If u dnt see anything thr u can call uscis n speak with tier 2 officer and ask them to help you raise one

Congratulations people! Seems like most of August cases are coming along, finally! I havent heard anything from my EAD =( today marks the 90th day since it was received so I raised a SR, but I'll probably have to wait for a couple of weeks more until I get any news =(

Congrats to everyone starting to receive EAD's and interviews! I've been poking my head in and out of this forum as I am an early September filer. It is extremely exciting to see that some August filers are being approved!  I CANT WAIT!!! HAHA
