Just normal processing. I did raise an SR but they are still not assigned

I think when they say that average for EAD/AP is bout 105 days, some get before 105 and some after. So just have faith and hang in there. 

One piece of advice - raise an SR on 76th Day and then talk to L2 officer and raise another one on 91st day. Might help a little more ..I was planning to do this today when i got the status update.

Well, I'm going to crash this party by saying my EAD has been approved as of today (11/01/2017). oy vey, what a relieve!!!! Hollywood, here I come!!!!!

27-Sept-2017 Received email notification regarding interview appointment on Oct 27

27-Oct-2017 Done with the interview. I brought a lot evidences (originals of the photocopy that I submitted, our photo album, copy of lease agreement, copy from employer of the insurance stating that my USC husband added me) and was prepared to answer a lot of questions. He asked us if we have any evidence to present and I gave him the copies of the lease agreement, insurance policy and our insurance card then we were only asked how we met and when then the rest were questions on the form and the anti trafficking stuff. After that he said that everything looks good and that we’re good to go if we don’t have any questions and was advised to wait for an update for a few weeks. The IO was also surprised on how fast our case was processed and he said that we overtook a lot of people. Lol

28-Oct-2017 My status on USCIS website changed to card production. 

All in all everything went smoothly and very fast. I’ll just have to wait for the greencard and we won’t have to do anything for now until we have to file for removal of conditions. 😊

1-Nov-2017 USCIS status changed.

I got a notification today saying my EAD is being produced, so hopefully this means my combo card (EAD/AP)!!

 

Sept 5th - Priority date

Sep 8th - Text notifications

Sep 16th - Biometrics appointment letter (for Oct 4th)

Sep 29th - Biometrics done by walk-in

Oct 10th - SR to expedite AP requested

Oct 14th - SR to expedite AP denied - Deemed "not severe enough"

Oct 16th - Contacted Congressman to request to look into advance parole

Nov 1st - EAD in production!

 

Hopefully the card won't take too long to arrive, I'm curious to know if it is the actual combo card!

 The change of status was at "EAD in production! "the beginning of the day i mean 12:00 am ???

Im August Filler Case received 28 of august and i can't wait to get a new status.
