Uscis case tracker wasnt updating when ai entered my numbers but at least theres been progress.

Finally received the NOAs in the mail! Been able to look up the cases on USCIS since last Wednesday.

 

Everyone -- should we put at least our priority dates in our signatures? Then it'll be easier to follow everyone's progress in this thread. Click on "account settings" on the top right corner to change your signature =)

Update : Marriage based adjustment from B-2 VISA, sent i-130 485 765 and 131 on august 18, last status delivered to Chicago lockbox on August 21 at 10.22am.

04-Aug-2017 AOS Package Reached Chicago Lockbox

10-Aug-2017 Received SMS NOA from USCIS for 3 cases

14-Aug-2017 Received NOA hardcopies for 3 cases

Our case:

 

• 08.03.2017 --->  I-130, I-485, EAD filed (express mail, overnight)

• 08.04.2017 --->  package received and signed by J.C.

• 08.09.2017 --->  receipt confirmation on text message and email, routed to the National Benefits Center

• 08.10.2017 --->  checks cashed

• 08.14.2017 --->  received Form I-797C Notice of Action in the mailbox (morning) telling biometrics appointment is being scheduled.

 

11 days since we first filed and already got our I-797C, not bad so far... hope it continues like this.

 

Now let's hope we all have our biometrics soon!

I got my I-797C NOA on the same day, I filed 4th of Aug. did you receive the biometrics appointment letter already?

Great news guys!  I sent in AOS Package on August 11, delivered on August 14.  Late last night at 11:29 pm got text message that case was received.  Less than a minute after got emails regarding acceptance confirmation, also that case is routed to NBC for processing.  For those of you whose have not heard anything as yet, please hang in there I believe you will hear from them hopefully before the week ends.

Congrats! They received my package on August 14th too!

They cashed my checks a few hours ago around midnight. Waiting for the emails and texts!

I do think it's moving very fast for August applicants, so I hope that all us dreamers will keep praying, and keep the faith.  Let's hope there is no RFE 's and the process will be smooth for us.

Hey guys , case accepted and fingerprint fee received on the 7 of august 2017 routed to the national benefit center.

 

They said they have mailed me instructions on how my case is gonna be processed. Till date i havent received nothing in the mail.

 

Is this usual?  gonna appreciate your experiences.

Was the notification via text or mail? I was told it can take up to a month to get the fingerprint appointment and the letter would come by mail. If you have not gotten any mail in paper form I would call and let them know and make sure your address is correct.

I had the same message on my USCIS case status on Wed 16th but only got the NOA1s in the mail Monday 21st. I'm guessing the USCIS case status is what matters, in that it means they've started processing your case. But if you don't get the letters in the mail in the next couple days I might worry that they've gotten your address wrong.
