Good morning all,

This morning I checked my USCIS case status and it is showing "on 10/21 new card is being produced" for my EAD. However, there is no update on my I-131 Advanced Parole application. For the EAD, I submitted expedite request based on pending job offer on 10/10, and faxed over the supporting documents on 10/12. I heard that EAD and AP usually come together as a combo card, so I'm not sure if I should submit an expedite request for AP as well?

Thanks and good luck to you all!

Did you just get an RFIE? Or did you get it a while ago? When is it safe to think that one won't get an RFE? My case still says Fingerprint fee received, does it mean they havent touched it? Can we still get an RFIE or have they done an initial review?

Yes, we're currently at the 77th day. I don't think submitting an SR will be useful until 90 days, so I think we'll just wait until then. Let me know if you decide not to wait!

And maybe while we're deciding what to do about the SR, we'll get a notification that we're ready to be scheduled :D

Haha...am gonna wait. I’ve seen people who wait for 75th day and file a SR. I’ve seen mid-July filers receiving their EADs am getting uscis will start rolling out August filers EADs from November 1st week. Congrats 😊 it shows that USCIS have started working on August filers AOS applications.

Not yet. Am guessing they will start issuing EADs from November 1st week. A few August fliers have status change to ready to schedule for interview but still i haven’t seen anyone posting about EAD status update yet.
