I'm almost at day 75 myself. You could submit an SR, but then you may not be able to follow up or submit another SR for 30 days (105 days). Something to keep in mind.

You are right!  If I was going to submit a SR I would do it day 90 - sometimes I wonder if it really works...haha

Just FYI.....my case status just changed for "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview". Hoping to receive the letter soon.

Congrats!! Did you get an e-notification (email/text) or did you have to look up the status on the USCIS website?

I keep checking the status on the site just in case there won't be a notification...

August 2017 - June 2018 AoS

April 2020 - January 2021 RoC

Jan 2022 - September 2022 Citizenship

The USCIS tracker updated and stated that our case is ready to be scheduled for interview.

i know it can stay in this status for a bit but I’m glad some movement is taking place.

Good morning all.  We got our "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" status update this morning for the I-485.  We filed on August 15th so it was just over 2 months.  Still no word on the EAD or AP yet though.  :)

Awesome. Good luck

Good morning all,

Same here. My USCIS case status also says on 10/17 the I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Do you know how long it will be from here to the interview actually happens?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Congratulations!  Finally some good news:) - regarding the interview based on what I have read it can be scheduled for anytime now - or it can stay in this status for a few months - but the good news is that they have touched your case and its moving along.

Thanks. However there is no status change on my work authorization or AP yet, which I need the most....I submitted expedite request last week based on a job offer, but haven't heard back anything other than asking me to fax the supporting doc....

Give it some time I believe you will hear from them soon.  If you are on K1 visa the possibility is that they might waived the interview and get right to the GC.  I see some folks here getting the GC before EAD/AP,  but if you get the GC  first then the EAD and AP wouldn't matter anymore.  I myself submitted an expedite request based on job offer, I faxed infor. to them yesterday, hoping to hear back from them next week. Fax the supporting docs. as soon as possible.   You are getting there, good luck!:)
