Are you adjusting from tourist visa or something related as well? I am adjusting from B2 (overstayed). Maybe they need to accept my i485 before the i765? Aaah I am a little worried about the EAD 😅

 

Oh and your mail will probably take a couple more of days. Ours took 5 days after notifications.  Good luck!! 🍀

Mine took 1 week to Get the reciept numbers and they came via text and email and yes the check was cashed the same day at 1230pm but I got the texts at 9:30pm kind of weird I think

This is concurrent filing of all 4 forms 485, 130, 765 and 131

 

Now the waiting game begins.

Hello everyone! I've commented on other threads but might aswell add to them all so here is my timeline so far

 

July 31st sent off AOS package (4 forms)

August 3rd USCIS received my package

August 9th 4 emails and texts received (at 12.20am) then checks cashed later that day

August 12th 4 NOA1s received 

August 18th biometric letter received 

August 28th i-485 and i-765 biometric appointment

Looks like it's been moving along pretty fast! Did you get an e-notification that your biometrics appt had been scheduled, or just the letter in the mail? Does the biometrics appt show up online if you look up the 485 case status?

Seems we are on the same boat. I came in with b2 visa. I had known my bf around 5 years before we decided to make it official when I was here for the second time. I just  sent my 130 485 765 and 131 via USPS priority to Chicago lockbox yesterday August 18. The package is in transit, 30mins away from destination. My Visa is almost expired in 3 weeks. Hope they will process it ASAP. Good luck for all of us. Keep updating guys!

Noo I didn't get any e-notification just the mail and I didn't see any notice of it coming in the mail online, just was still on the fingerprint fee accepted

As of today I can now view all 4 of my receipts online through the USCIS website still waiittnf on the paper copies to come in the mail

Yesterday night I received 4 text messages/e-mails about our documents! 

Just looked at our bank account and the checks were cashed on Friday...

 

Do you know what the letters at the beginning mean? MSC?
