Hello  everyone hope ur all ok. Quick question when reply to an ref do you need cover letter?

When I replied to the RFE from the K1 visa I didn’t not include a cover letter.  I included a the RFE and the document requested.

Hello adipo21, you can include a cover letter if you want to, but it's not necessary.  Just make sure you included the original letter they sent you, place that on top and the RFE underneath.

As Stephanie said you do get a receipt response on their site, and they would have included an address to send RFE to.  All the best, you getting there soon.

Did anyone have experience with the expedite request?

I submitted a request this morning, because my new job will start on 11/6. They told me they will reach out to me for any supporting documents. Do you guys know if that's through mail, email, or call?

They also gave me the service request ID. Is calling the customer representative the only way to check the status of my request?

Thanks and good luck to you all.
