So as I received his Biometric appointment, I saw that it says for i485 - i765 even though I applied for three which is the ead/ap/aos.

Is this correct?

I have the same question as you... Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 and in the biometric letter just shows I-485 and I-765...

Does anybody know if it's right? Thanks in advance :)

Ahhh another question... Do you guys know if the picture that will show in our cards will be the passport ones we sent with the application or it will be the ones we will take at the biometrics appointment? ;)

The photo take at the biometrics appointment will be the one on your Permanent residence card not the passport photos. My husband's biometric letter had the same 2 forms listed on them my thought is that they are the only ones that require the background check so that is why they are listed on the form for the biometric appointment.

the other forms filed are just a petition but the I-765 and I-485 would lead to a immigration document directly. Hope this helps

Hi JTE, based on what I have read it seems they will use the ones taken at biometric - the ones sent in with application will be placed on our files.

My husband received his Biometrics appointment letter this past Thursday 8/31.  Appointment is scheduled for 9/12/17.  Seems like things are moving pretty smoothly so far.  Fingers crossed for a quick approval for all!

Congratulations Ashley!  Cheers to everyone getting approved as quickly as possible.

I think it has something to do with how many fingers will be finger printed - whether its 3 fingers on both hands or all 10 fingers.

They only need to do the background check for beneficiary I-485 - I765, I-131 goes along with the I-765, all other forms pertain to the petitioner and the petitioner is already a USC or LPR

I got code 3 - it warms my heart to see that quiet a number of people who filed in June - July getting Interview schedule messages - there are four other people who filed in May - June 2017 and already gotten their GC:D:jest: seems the process moving along smoothly.
