Good morning guys, I finally got some good news - my EAD card was approved, approval notice was sent out yesterday in the mail and my I-485 is now in que for ready to be scheduled for an interview.  I

Just want to update you guys.   Received two approval notices today AP and EAD. Hopefully the card will come soon in the mail.

You will only see what post you are receiving on that day. For example, this morning I got an email with the information what letters I will receive today. On Monday morning I will receive an email of the letters I will receive on Monday. You can not see today what letters you will receive on Tuesday and Wednesday etc

I really like this service as I can see what letters that will arrive (Also in case someone steals my mail)

My RFE for EAD (signature issue due to missprocessing) was offficially received today in the early morning by USCIS. Hopefully will hear good news next week. Hopefully they finally approve it now. We’ll see.

Life for sure isnt easy to anyone but it is really those who take the most of every situation will be completely fulfilled at the end. 10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

2/28/18 --- Permanent Resident/Green Card received :jest:

It is so unfortunate that things like this happen, but like I said, it all serves as life lessons and pushes us a step forward. After K1/AOS journey we all will feel stronger and ready for whatever comes.

August 24, 2017 - NOA1 Notice Date for 485, 131, 765

August 25, 2017 - Biometrics Notice Date 

September 15, 2017 - Biometrics Appointment for 485 and 765 Completed 

March 30, 2018 - Received RFE for I-131 (in hand April 5th) It was a request for more information because I (wife) filled the preparer's section of the form *face palm*

April 11, 2018 - USCIS  notification that our RFIE was received. 

May 18, 2018 - email from USCIS "new card is being produced" (269 days)

May 23, 2018 - Card was Mailed to me (e-notification)

May 25, 2018 - NOAs for EAD/AP approval  (mail)

May 26, 2018 - received combo card!! 

June 20, 2018 - Green Card Interview Date Notice

July 26, 2018 - Green Card Interview

August 3, 2018 - Green Card in hand!!

Decmber 6, 2016 - I-129F packet received

December 9. 2016 - NOA1 e-notification receipt

December 15, 2016 - NOA1 hardcopy

March 8, 2017 - NOA2 APPROVED

March 21, 2017 - NVC CASE # 

April 26-29 - Lab, Medical Exam, and Fingerprints done

May 2, 2017 - Interview in Bogotá  && APPROVED!

July 19, 2017 -THE LOML & I TRAVEL TO USA

I signed up yesterday. Yeah, I noticed that you can only see what you're going to receive on that day. Thanks anyway, though!

Incorrect. You only see the letters you receive that day, but you can see packages that are on your way to you. The cards are sent Priority Mail so they show up as packages. 

 

I can currently see where my card is as it makes it's way to me <3

Jan 2022 - September 2022 Citizenship

I had no idea! Maybe because no one ever sends packages to me! lol

It'll come in handy once your card is mailed to you really soon!! If you contacted the Ombudsman, reply to the confirmation email they sent you, and ask them to expedite looking into your case with USCIS.

Glad for you amig@, I wish I was in charge of your case so I can give you the Green card with interview waiver just for your patience, you have been waiting a very long time, soon this will be over and we All will be living a happy normal legal life 😊🇺🇲.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
