According to USCIS the EADs’ processing time is October 2017. I haven’t even received my EAD either and I filed back in August 4th. I’m with you in this long wait!

So annoying. Have you made any service requests? I have made three and USCIS haven't even read them.

When I sent my application, did it first go to NBC, do they then send it to my field office? Who sends the EAD? My field office or NBC

The NBC processes EAD/APs, not your field office. Not exactly sure how it operates though.

Timeline (From B2 visa to AOS)

Oh yeah I think I made SRs every 30-45 days since I could (among exhausting other options) realizing that by phone they are non existent. The one I made back in early November got assigned and completed by December (13th) but never really got any news other than that. And well just last week I talked to another tier 2 officer and he made another 15-days request (not the usual 30 days I always made online) he was surprised that I haven’t gotten my EAD yet after 190 days when I called) and said to wait 15 days to receive something in the mail. Haha not sure I’ll ever have news about my EAD but I’ll have to wait and see. Hopefully! Good luck to you as well.

I dont know how they can say that your file is in normal process as it been way away from the processing time..atleast for EAD/AP.

Same here buddy :( we will be the last Augusters filing for ROC lol

Sometimes I wonder how different my current process would be if only I had waited one more day to file. The randomness in the current process doesn’t play in our favor. One day or even two months later could have made the process entirely different for us. But we got to be the unlucky ones in this one. Lol

My interview is not yet scheduled so i dont even know if they NBC has sent my case to Cincinnati office so we all are in the same boat.

Chicago to NBC and once NBC finishes with all the background checks they will send the info USCIS card printing facility in Corbin, Kentucky and you will receive your card from there and then your local office will schedule the interview or even waive  and approve it( this is mostly for K1 visa category)

But I don't have a job offer.

For me everything started with a offer letter. I had a offer letter and i expedited my SR and then i got a email from USCIS asking me to fax the offer letter and there was no news for nearly 10 days even after sending the fax then i contacted the local congressman and told him what had happened and right after he contacted USCIS a few days later I received a RFIE in the mail. Anyways i lost that job offer :(

My Ead have changed status to “New card was mailed to me”. I think if i didnt have a flight ticket on 02/13, they would have not accepted my experdite request.

And the most important thing is Congressman is really helpful.

Congress has been so helpful to us as well. We are a military family, so I am surprised that USCIS doesn't want to help us at all. Like I wrote earlier, they say that my case is within normal process time and that they are working with cases from May right now. Which cant be true as several already have had their interview. It even says on the website that the i485 cases filed in July were approved in December.....  Sorry for going over and over again.

Sorry to hear that. Did you make an appointment USING AN INFORPASS at your Uscis local office? I know that it maybe doesnt work out but you should try everything you can.
