@Aviinashh or others who have gotten an RFIE - when the myUSCIS status changes to "We received your response to the RFIE", is this a big update (big blue letters, text/email notification), or one of those things you need to log in for (like the small notes like "your SR was assigned to an officer"?

Just want to know if I should expect a notification when they receive my response, or if I should keep logging in to check.

Yes you will get a text/email saying there has been recent change in the status of receipt number xxxxxxxxxxxxx..... and the status changes like this...USCIS-Response-to-USCIS-Request-for-Evid

Guys...I know this is not the right place to put this question but since I know most of you guys from August 2017 and so I thought why not ask you all something....

Is anyone working in SAP HCM or any other SAP  modules ? or someone that you know who's into that please?

I worked in that area (SAP HR, SD) in my home country for ~3 years.

Did the officers just say you need to wait for the interview to be rescheduled? I feel like we've all done so much that it really does feel like all options are exhausted and it's now up to fate. You could try expediting the EAD.....

He said “give them a couple of months” lol

Like everyone else here, I don’t mind if the interview is scheduled late. I just want to be able to legally earn an income from my entrepreneurial ventures.

But YES. Totally, options are exhausted and no one can really help us. It’s just unfair to know November filers have their cards but they forgot about us who filled months before them.

This is not a fair system and should be automated with some AI. I think you only need humans for interviews, the rest could be automated.

And also everyone should be able to work on the Internet while waiting for this eternity. I had to stop doing everything online to just keep things clean and legal.

We will go to our cancelled interview anyways to see what they have to say. :(

When is the cancelled interview - this week, right?

And I think you just suggested that a ton of USCIS officers be replaced by robots :D

I received an email from uscis this morning. They response to my inquiry for my EAD on 01/16. Their answer is :”Your case is currently under review.  You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.”

The thing makes i dont understand that I opened a Expedite request on 01/23 and they already answered the same thing.

=> I realized that there are problems on their system.

Oh my god, I just checked USPS Informed Delivery, and we have TWO MORE letters from USCIS being delivered today, with the date Jan 24 (same date as my original RFIE).

Now I'm freaking out that they sent us multiple letters with different types of RFIEs and we only responded to one letter (the one we got)......

Lol well not like that!! I think people need jobs anyways, especially veterans and I’m totally cool with that (also, customer service etc). But my comment was towards SOME procedures like marriage-based EAD/AP shouldn’t take more than 150 days for example. Things like this... where somewhere in the system would alert you that a case is pending for way too long and no one is looking at it. A human can have many things going on in their lives and get distracted / forget about it, but an AI could easily remember to make a decision about those lost cases. So many things would be faster, especially the 3 month wait, that is more than 190 days already for some of us. :(

I have high hopes that it’s probably your AP card along with the RFIE response. “Sorry it took us this long”
