Parents EAD Renewal PD is 08/07/17. I had made a service request on 12/14/18 and I just got a email from USICS stating the same automated response "due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your application. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. we regret any inconvenience that results form delays in processing" lol..... 185 days as of today!

 

Thank God for the new 180 automatic extension for renewals!

and now they just cancelled our interview scheduled for next week...

i truly understand the suffering of some of us here. Believe me, you’re not alone. 

Oh wow, I can't believe this happened. Hopefully they reschedule it quickly, and now you already have all the documentation ready for the interview!

Couriered the response to our RFIE! It should get there Monday. Fingers crossed that we have the same luck as @Aviinashh and that the EAD/AP gets approved soon!

July 15, 2016 -> Got married
August 3, 2017 -> Mailed AOS packet (I-130, I-485, I-765)
August 4, 2017 -> Package received
August 14, 2017 -> NOA for I-130 and I-485 (not I-765... called multiple times to ask about this but was told to wait)
August 25, 2017 -> NOA for Biometrics Appt (I-485)
August 30, 2017 -> Sent email asking to look for I-765 (My I-765 was LOST)
September 8, 2017 -> Biometrics Appt for I-485
September 26, 2017 -> Received email from USCIS I-765 found and PD August 4
October, 2017 -> NOA for I-765 and Tier 2 officer cancelled 2nd biometrics

November 3, 2017 -> Raised SR online for I-765

December 11, 2017 -> SR showed as "completed" by the assigned officer

January 8, 2018 -> Name was updated 

January 18, 2018 -> interview scheduled

Hey everyone have question my medical exam that in my country will expire in 4 days before my interview. My question is can use  my old medical exam or will  I be required to do new one's before my interview?
