Honestly, I personally haven't come across someone who has filed for I-360 and so I will wait for someone experienced to assist you but since you have said it has been over I would advise you to contact your local congressman/woman to enquire about your application. Myself and a lot of people have done that and the results have been positive. My file moved forward only after I contacted my local congressman. Hope that works

How do I contact my congressman?

https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

Go to that website and enter your zip code and click Look Up and you will see the congressman serving your area. Go to their webpage and you will have contact number. Call them and tell them you need help with a pending case with USCIS.

Does anyone know how soon you can start working after your EAD or AOS gets approved? I mean: do you have to actually wait until you receive the card in the mail or can you already start a job if your status online says 'approved' or  'card is being produced' ?

I never got my EAD and I'm guessing they will ignore my SR since my final interview is later this month. I found a cool job that is even nice enough to wait for me until I am allowed to start. Since they have been already waiting longer than we were hoping for i want to start asap of course but only if i am absolutely sure that i am allowed to by the law!

I met my congressman team this morning. She's very nice and I thought I should have been there 1 month ago. So, I think anyone who has already waited over 120 days should contact your congressman.

I'd say contact them after 75 days because 120 days is to late.
