We have same PD and same situation just here waiting 🙁.

I had an infopass today. The lady said that my case is in the officer’s hand and she sent an email for him to check on my case. She asked me to come back on next Thursday if nothing happen.

I just dont understand the way Uscis processes our cases.

Tell me if you have any updates :). Hope that some good things will come this week.

I'm hoping it's a good sign that the processing time has once again moved past August (it's showing that they were processing September cases as of Nov 31).

I don't know what to believe with processing times anymore website its one thing and reality orher thing, all of august filers should have already the combo cards, At this point I just wish to get my Green card .

Girl, preach. I almost had a serious job offer but the employer's assistant sadly told me her bosses have decided not to pick up any new employees this quarter. That's fine with me actually because I kind of didn't want to explain I'm in the middle of this process and still don't have my EAD/AP. A job offer letter wouldn't really help at this point either, in my opinion. We're all totally past the point where it would have counted. Fingers crossed we all get our notices and smooth interviews.

@JTTE How did things go regarding your interview notice??

Yup, I don't think they care. I finally got a letter in the mail today about my AP expedite request saying "while your situation is serious, it's not an emergency".

Hang in there, friend. The only comforts have been how supportive my husband is (I'm definitely the more anxious one) and how supportive we've been here on this site.

Yes hopefully February is our month and we all receive The Blessing that we have been waiting this long so we can move on and have a normal life, working Driver's license and freedom.

Let us know what they say! The last time our cases were showing as past processing time, I called and it didn't help. The response was something like "oh yeah, it's over the time. Well, wait some more."

Hey guys I finally got an answer to my 2nd SR.. Says "case is under review and should receive decision or notice of other action shortly".. Should I get my hopes up or is it a generic answer...

I got "your case is under review" on Dec 14 and nothing yet.

I believe @GoodVibesOnly got a "receive a decision shortly" message in December and hasn't got the EAD/AP yet either.
