Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you guys know that I received my green card today. I am so glad I am done with this process. I hope everyone that has a pending application gets some resolution soon. Thank you everyone for your support and help. Happy holidays everyone.

Congrats! I see you didn't have an interview -- were you adjusting from K1?

i would like to inform all my fellow august filers that i received my NOA for the approval of AP and Ead today. it took 144 days for the approval. i did file an sr but haven't heard anything from them till date. also i wanted to ask you guys that how long does it take for the card to arrive after the approval date? my status hasn't changed online. is it normal?

Thanks, this is helpful to know. Similar timeline here and nothing yet. Did your online status show any update, or did you just get these NOAs in the mail?

If you are expediting based on a job offer, which falls in the financial need category, then yes, you need a written job offer. For any expedite request they will ask for evidence to support the case.

If you are looking to make a congressional inquiry, which is not an expedite, you don't need a letter, but all this is, is another SR, to which normally you have an answer. Sometimes, given that they nee.d to locate your file, it actually make them see that it is behind and they pull it and approve it soon after the congress office make the inquiry. Just look who is your congress person, go on their website and find the portion where you can ask for help with a government agency
