Something very serious is happening at USCIS and I dont know what. They recently updated the page: USCIS Processing Time Information for the National Benefits Center

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=abcxvoARmFog_7Dq-22aw

image.thumb.png.a8493c9b6aca3718f04759b36197921d.png

Looks to me like its business as usual. USCIS being USCIS haha. But actually those processing times are more reasonable then the 15 days processing they said they had with the previous chart.

USCIS good morning what's going on?   We need to hear some good news by now to next week for @Jesusboy @Hamilton @Canelita @listeague and all the others who are waiting patiently for their card.  You have already made us look like fools, feel like a nobody, when in fact we are highly educated, professional people who had good jobs, our own vehicle, owned our own house back where we came from. Please USCIS give us our EAD cards for Christmas so that we all can re-build our lives and take care of our family.  Thanks again, I will make sure to save a BIG Turkey leg for you OK - I have learnt that Turkey is like the thing here for you guys.

Thank you so much for your encouragement y good vibes, tomorrow I should receive a reply email From USCIS, I don't know if I should call them to ask about my case 125 days tomorrow or should I just contact my local congressman? Or both lol 😂

Update from Congressman's office

"""""Hey Aviinashh,

Great news! U.S.C.I.S. has agreed to expedite your EAD petition! This means you will receive a notice shortly on a decision. Once received, it usually takes the actual card 7-10 business days to be delivered. Some employers (I’m unsure about XXXXX) will accept the approval notice as proof of employability.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, or if you do not receive the card/decision in a timely manner, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks!"""""

Well, waiting game continues...

Hey Aviinashh, this is a great news. Congrats my man. If there is anyone that I've been looking forward to hear about his EAD, that person is you. Thank God for this development.

Congratulations my brother!

Hi everyone :)I just spoke to an officer she was very nice, she told me that my fingerprints went through, no need for further evidence, indeed my case was running behind. There is apparently no reason why I didn't have my card already, she send a message to USCIS and I should receive my cards or a letter in 2 weeks.

Now should I contact my congressman or should I just wait.

I'll suggest that you do both. But my question to USCIS is that ; Why wont they just send all EADs that are due instead of waiting on applicants to call a congressman first. Not nice.

@Canelita I'm glad you made that move. USCIS must send all our EADs, thats the only choice they have right now.

Just keep up the hope.
