Can someone help me out?

I just look on my wife I-485 copy and find some mistakes that I made.

1. Page 2 question 22, Do I check "a" box and write down K1 visa or "d" box ?

2. Page 4 question 3 to 9, what should I fill there (my wife here for K1 visa with K2 for my step son)?

3. I was prepared all package for my wife because she doesn't speak English so Part 2 Page 16 need my information in those boxes ?

Thanks for your help

Since she was inspected at the point of entry. Check box 22(a). Then write the type of visa inside the box.

For the second question on page 4 questions 3-9;

which one are you referring to exactly? Is it page 4(part 2) or page 4(part 3)?

Part 2 and page 16:

 The instruction says Passport or Travel Document. Fill in one or the other, if your spouse came in with a passport, then fill in the passport information on question 15 and put N/A on question 16. Whatever the case it, it is either one or the other. I hope this is clear enough.

Part 2, very first question on page 4

Thanks for your help

In Question 3, the "underlying petition" is probably an I-130, I-140, I-360, I-526, or I-918, and thats the receipt number that USCIS put on its I-797 approval notice. But if you're filing your petition at the same time as the I-485 (a few categories of people, such as spouses of U.S. citizens who entered the U.S. lawfully, are allowed to do this concurrent filing), leave this blank.

In Question 4, your "Priority Date"(starts with three letters followed by digits) if any, indicates the year, month, and date the petition was first filed on your behalf (or by you). And a "derivative applicant" is someone who didn't need a separate visa petition, but was named in, and is riding on, another person's petition (probably that of a parent or spouse). So this is where you explain who that person (the "principal applicant") is. In this case, that is your step son. Just fill in his information from 5(a) to 5(c). If he has an alien number, put it inside the box for question 6, question 7 is date of his birth. If there is no any other petition filed for your stepson(which I believe there shoudn't be), leave questions 8 and 9 blank

You should expect to receive NOAs in the mail by the end of the week. That is if you dont live in Texas; Hurricane Harvey has shut down normal activities.
