Just as a tip, I`m not sure if you already new this or not, but I find out that the level 1 support can only provide you the status that is shown in USCIS web site, in other words, they will not have the MOST UPDATED info for your case. I called many times and talked to level 1 and they kept saying that my case was pending, but talking to an Officer, they would go further and be able to see that my case was approved. So, do not rely on level 1 support, instead ask them to talk to an Officer. @Aviinashh @Hamilton @Texasfiler

Actually,  both times we've spoken to a Tier 2 officer, they have been very unhelpful too. They've basically read the online status too and said "just wait more".

I also get the feeling that Teir 2 Officers cant see all of our updated information - it seems as if some things are only privy to Teir 2 supervisors.

Is anyone asking to speak to tier 2 officers' supervisors? That may be a good next step to take... but I feel really uncomfortable saying "I want to speak to your supervisor". It sounds so confrontational. :/

I know right, I have never asked for their supervisor before - i am thinking that their is a chain of command that needs to be followed, and I don't want to give  the impression that Teir 2 Officers' don't know much either.    At this point I think our files are sitting on The Main Adjudicator's desk (Supervisor) waiting to be signed off.
