@ Aviinashh, have you heard back from your Congressman's Office? I called The Senator's office this morning and was told that they now got a response from The Benefit Center regarding my case, the case worker said it's now assigned to an officer so I should hear from them (USCIS) shortly.  I asked him if he could send me the email that Benefit center sent to them, he said he would do so by 3pm today and they also sent a mail  to me through the Post Office.  If you have not heard from your Congressman's office as yet, call them.

No nothing but I guess i got mail from USCIS only after i contacted congressman. Am gonna call them back on monday

I just called uscis and asked to speak with a T2 officer was transferred but offered a call back and I gotta wait 125 mins for that smh. You know what sucks there are so many of us with jobs ready to go and we're the unfortunate ones it seem, I got not one but 2 jobs ready to go since I entered this country and I just can't catch a break I feel even worse for those waiting 117 days makes me even less optimistic that I'll hear good news soon but I'm still praying for all of us that are unfortunate to be stuck with lazy IOS God help us all

I got 3 job offers and can't start working and am on 116th day !!!...but i know this christmas month will bring good news to each one of us :)

I believe you will hear from them between tomorrow and next Tuesday.  They emailed me the message from the National Benefit Center It says that case is assigned to an officer and currently under review - and that I should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.  I can only wait to see what is next - enjoy your weekend with the fam.

So the two SR's I raised for my combo card were assigned, completed and a "response" was sent. More waiting since I have no idea what their response is yet.

I hope the response  they sent you is very good news, keep your fingers crossed:)

Dates are in my signature.  First SR was almost a month and a half ago online through their "case inquiry" page.  Second one was just this past Tuesday.  The second one was done by a Tier 2 rep from the hotline.  The receipt number starts with "WKD" and he told me it's a different kind of SR since he's a Tier 2 rep and we did it over the phone.  When he did it, he said I should receive an answer within 3-10 days.

Oh ok sorry I can't see your signature on my phone. But thanks for sharing.

And oh my goodness!! That's such a long time...I hope you hear something soon! Or at least receive your card within those 3-10 days
