Did you status ever changed on USCIS web site?

My status changed to “new card is being produced” on Nov. 17, and it did not update since then. But I received NOA for combo card approval last Wed Nov 22, and got the card in the mail today.  My PD is Aug 27. I hope you’ll hear some good news soon.

congrats :)

So guys, I am beyond frustrated I see where a lot of people who filed after us are either getting their EAD Cards or Interview scheduled. I am sick and tired of dealing with this bureaucracy.  Now, I am at a point where I am starting to wonder if the SR or expedite request really works. I put in an expedite request on October 20th, based on job offer - I got a letter in the mail to fax more proof - I faxed job offer letter to them.  I saw on their site where expedite request was assigned to officer and completed from October 23rd, but still no word on that,  Its now  39 days since expedite request -  26 days since SR is made, SR is yet to be assigned to an officer.  October 16th I contacted my local Congressman's Office to look into my case, I was referred to the Senator's Office.  I contacted Senator's office I was directed to print some immigration release form from their site, fill it out and fax to them - I did just that - On October 20th I received a letter in the mail from Senator's Office that they have contacted the appropriate officials at USCIS and asked them to look into my case and provide a response to them.  Well at this point I am hoping that they will pull my file this week and respond to the Senator's office enquiry. My case is now at 106 days and not even a word, so I am a bit concern as to what is really happening - now that I am seeing folks who filed long after us getting EAD cards.  Someone, anybody, can you shed some light on what's going on - I am sick and tired of this #######.

I guess I was so upset that I wrote wrong dates:huh: , its now corrected .  I cant believe that some folks who filed in September are getting EAD cards already - I am happy for them - but what happen to us?  Did they forget us ?  My patience is over exhausted at this point in time - enough is enough, got to vent my frustration.

Oh my! I cant believe that they have us waiting so long -  Is it that they don't understand that living in this country,  to have a SSN, a job, a state drivers license means everything to us. I feel really bad for this June filer who has been waiting for 135 days now and nothing.

I share your exact frustration I'm on day 95 but it's ridiculous there are so many outstanding August applications and September applicants are getting eads approved I'm happy for all of us but at the same time it's also unfair I thought they said cases were done on a first come basis or some of the sort but clearly that's not the case, uscis needs to seriously reassess how they are handling their workload it's very inefficient and it seems they create their own backlogs because their current process just isn't feasible sometimes I wonder if they even have any organization just cause of how inefficient and backwards they are I want nothing more than to not deal with uscis anymore kudos to all those who are staying positive I usually am but I'm beyond frustrated, I've been sitting on my butt for over a year living off my husband and I'm tired of feeling stuck esp cuz I've got two jobs ready to go I wanna finish school but moving forward is impossible I'm happy to be with my husband but it's not fair watching him struggle to do everything and I just sit home and reap benefits y'all I just needed to vent cuz uscis is driving me crazy they can keep their green card just let me work so I can help my husband and my family

Listeague i was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I agree with you 100% there is no order to what they are doing. I myself thought that they were going by date applications were accepted, but apparently not, because after seeing September and a few early October filers getting EAD cards/approval letter I am like "WHAT" .  And why would a June/July filer still waiting to get EAD card?  I myself choosing a different career path and suppose to start school next fall,  there is nothing I can do but wait.  The possibility is that I might cant even start  until the following year because everything is dependent on becoming a permanent resident.  I cannot get any grants or student loans unless I am a permanent resident.  Yes this is sad, living here in the USA without SSN, people who are from here believe that we are not normal lol.  I am done being calm and collective because I have had it.

Just got my EAD today. PD is Aug 29, date of approval is Nov 20. The status online never updated. Good luck to everyone else waiting for EADs, you'll get them soon.

Congrats. My wife’s approval date is 11/21 so we should get the combo card this week.

To those who are still waiting for any news, hang in there. This too shall pass. I’ll include you in my prayers that you get your approval notice very soon. 🙏🙏
