I just want to update that my 485 status has changed to ready to be scheduled. 130 EAD and AP stay the same " case was received". It takes 78 days for the status change. I never asked for SR, just patiently waiting. I need the EAD, hopefully I can get it before the end of the year. Be patient guys, they are working on our cases. Happy weekend!

My husband received his EAD/AP card yesterday, as well as informed delivery works it did not tell us that is was being delivered.  Please check your mail daily there might be a unexpected surprise.  

 

I hope the folks that filed before us see see some activity soon, hopefully you’re on the green card fast track and don’t need the combo card...Best of luck everyone.

He started applying on the 10th, one dat after the tracker app stated that the EAD was approved.  He didn’t feel comfortable saying he was authorized to work until he actually was, he’s a a couple phone screens I think he’ll get something very soon.

@Hamilton keep it up my friend. Things are going to start moving to our direction and you will hopefully be able to move on with work and stuff. Keep it positive.
