Congratulations. Did your case ever changed in USCIS SITE or still shows as case received?

My case changed on Nov 6th to "new card is being produced", and nov 9th to "card was mailed to me"

The SR I raised was on oct 18th, day 78, never assigned to anyone. No expedite.

On Nov 9th, I noticed that the status said "New Card is Being Produced" as of Nov 8th. So the status updated a day late because I check 100 times a day and saw nothing on Nov 8th. Coincidentally, 15-20 mins later the status changed to "Case Was Approved" with a Nov 9th update date. Been 5 days and no change since! :( No "card mailed to you" status yet and I'm sooo impatient! We wanted to receive it this week so we could head to SSN office right away. We did sign up for informed delivery with USPS and there's a piece of mail that was sent out from USCIS yesterday, but I'm pretty sure that's probably just the approval notice.

How do you guys get transferred to a Tier 2 officer? When I called last week, they said transfers were finished for the day. Now I managed to call a little earlier today, and they've scheduled me for a call back -- apparently the wait time is like 4 hours. :(

What are you guys saying that gets you transferred immediately to a Tier 2 officer? This is so upsetting.

We feel so distraught we

Case sent in 8/16

Finger Print Sept 8

RFIE received 9/22 I 485

Online status still says Case received for  all other cases

We contacted our congressman after submitting our expedite over the phone because my husband got a job offer and we weren't getting any updates other than case assigned then completed.

We got a reply from the congressman office stating his is stuck in background check.

And the worst part is his mom has done multiple surgeries in his home country and the doctors were not hopeful but she is hanging on by a thread. I am not sure if this is possible but we are doing an info pass for AP Only tomorrow in Hartford because on top of this ridiculous wait it would be heartbreaking for him to stay here while his mom is hospitalized we no idea what will happen to her next.

Are we at a road block with this background check? We dont even care about the EAD or interview right now he just wants to go home to see his mom. Last thing I would want is for him to leave and make the adjustment invalid but it may be our only choice.

MSC** Concurrently Filing (Husband_Panamanian)

8/16      I-130 I-1485 I-765 I-131

9/8        Biometrics

9/22      RFIE Received

10/10    Expedite based on Financial Hardship & Job Offer

11/13    Reply from congressman office _ case cannot be expedited due to Background check not yet completed

11/15    New Card in Production***

11/16    I765 Case Approved

11/24    Card Delivered

3/31      We are scheduling your interview  @7:06AM (***My USCIS log in date is 10/7/17 )

Hi all,

I finally got a case update last week (November 8th) - the AP/EAD applications were approved!

On November 8, 2017, we approved your Form I-131, Application For USCIS Travel Document, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice.

However, since then nothing has changed, no 'card in production', no 'card has been mailed' etc. Anyone also been through this and knows how long it takes for the status to update again?

Many thanks - just looking for some reassurance or advice if I need to chase this up.
