Visting September and October Filers and some have already received EAD/AP.

I think we just need to accept that some people are lucky during this process, and some of us are not so lucky and have to wait more. But at some point, we'll all be done with this process. And maybe the lucky ones could be considerate of us and our feelings when they're celebrating all their luck :)

@Aviinashh Based on what I've seen on other threads, I think faxing them the job offer letter should speed things up. It seems they send it within a week or two of a job offer. BUT since we're so close to the 120 day mark already, you may end up getting the EAD/AP through normal means...

It doesn’t really help. I faxed my job offer on October 17. On October 26 I received a letter which said my case is currently under review and I should receive a decision or other action SHORTLY. That was 4 weeks ago and 6 weeks after faxing the job offer. An infopass appointment at my local field office hasn’t helped either. I don’t really know what I should do anymore. :(

May 20th: we got married

August 7: I130, I131, I485, I765 via USPS to Chicago lockbox

August 10: package arrived

August 10: priority date

August 16: checks cashed

August 17: received notification via text and email

August 22: received NOA’S

August 25: received biometrics appointment

Sept 5: Biometrics done

Oct 10: submitted expedite

Oct 17: faxed job offer

Nov 14: interview scheduled

Dec 19: interview

Dec 19: Interview done

Dec 19: Approved and temporary stamp in passport

Jan 1: Green Card received in mailbox

Jun 19 2019: ROC

That sucks! Do you still have the offer? I hope the employer is being understanding.

Yes my potential employer is super nice but it would be awesome to make some money by my own and pay some bills. Money is pretty tight when only one person is working....

@JackUrban I totally understand the frustration, but hopefully we will hear something positive this week. Hang in there!

I would like to have an idea of how many members of August still didn’t receive their EAD and how many already received. If you are reading this post can you quote Yes If you received and No if you didn’t?

Yeah got mine

Nope, no updates (no mail and no online status changes). I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed for receiving the combo card before Christmas. 😪
