Hello everyone,

I have a question of visa. I just found that when I submitted the financial documents to the officer in the interview, I forgot to give them my fiance's San or passport information copy. I am still waiting for my visa issued, I saw many people already issued but mine,I am worrying if bc of that, but during the interview,they didn't ask me that though, what should I do now?it really makes me worry my visa so much!

You fiance already submitted proof of being a USC so 1) they should have a copy already, and 2) USCIS already verified this by approving the petition. So it shouldn't be an issue. If you had a co-sponsor, then they need to provide proof that they are an LPR or USC..

thanks for your information.  I'm under AP now. I think if my visa is still not issued,probably bc my mistake that I forgot my fiance's id. hopefully it's not an issue for my visa to process.

Every case goes through AP...it doesn't mean anything is wrong. I really don't think it's an issue if passed the interview. How long has it been in AP?

I'm not sure. but my interview was on 1st and I checked it today is AP, 2 frds their inverview date were 31st July, they all received their passport with the k1 visa. so it makes me worry about mine

Hello Everyone!

Just want to tell you all, I received my passport on last Thursday finally!!!!

 

Thanks everyone here!

But it really takes time if you choose pick up your passport then mail the passport to you.

They AP my visa on last Monday morning and then issued in the afternoon.

So it took 3 days to wait for my passport pick up at the place they assigned to.

Good luck to everyone here too!!~
