Hi po,

I'm aware na kailangan ng anak ko magpa register sa CFO and he is a minor 10 years old. My case is humihingi cla ng SPA authenticated/red ribbon if ang parents nasa abroad pra sa proxy/mother.  Kailangan pa ba talaga to? Kac in 1 month aalis na anak ko at ang red ribbon processing dito sa US will take 3weeks to 1month din. Meron kming SPA pero hindi specifically for CFO. Ito yung ginamit namin sa kabuuan ng visa immigrant processing. Please let me know kung pwedi na rin ba to or kailangan talaga gagawa ng SPA na panibago?

I don't think CFO will have issue, BUT this is just my opinion.  The intent of your SPA is very clear... for the child to immigrate.

Proxies who are NOT the legal/natural/biological adoptive parent of children 12 years old and below must present the following documents:

  1. One (1) original valid identification card with photograph of the proxy, and
  2. Duly notarized authorization letter executed by parent/s or guardian/s, issued in the Philippines or overseas.
