Guys help please what th difference between case number and ds-160 i check the both on ceac,, on iv and niv and they both show the same status ap can anyone help me please

Do they also have the same date that it was last updated or different dates? I have same issue but different dates updated.  My IV updated AP last..

That's good news☺ That shows they changed it to niv. Usually it starts as iv, then when they will soon issue visa it goes to IV..goodluck😉

Thank you but im still waiting from 11/july till now no a single update why they delay my case

Unfortunately they are delaying alot of cases in the Middle East😐 It's the whole new vetting system. Everything is taking much longer..

I know how u feel my Fiancé has been on AP for almost 6 months. He will have to redo his medical in 2 weeks probably.. I haven't seen him in 10 months😢 All we can do is keep praying to get visas in our hands soon🙏🙏🙏

He is from Afghanistan and his status is Administrative Processing.. niv says it last updated in June and IV says it last updated in July..

When it change to niv and case ceartion change after that how many update happened??

For NIV it only changed 2 times. For IV it changed 4 times..
