For my affidavit of support, do I need my tax RETURNS or tax transcripts? Someone said "you can print them from the IRS website" but it seems that's your tax transcripts, something different. Also, do I need to include my W2's as well (the small slip BEFORE your tax return is processed)?

Also, we're using a visa help service and I don't see where my actual tax return amount is listed on the affidavit sheet? Our help service had me put my return amount in dollars and said it had to "match perfect" on the completed affidavit of support (document must match tax return) - but when I go over the completed form, I don't see where that amount im dollars is even listed?

We only have this, the medical DS160 and medical left

It's kinda sad when you pay for a service to help you with your visa and you still need to come here and ask questions..

Yes you can print tax return transcripts from IRS website. Also include W2s, letter from employer and paystubs to be on the safe side.

Write down your annual income on Part 3, item 3.

The most recent tax return info has to match 19a. 19b and c should match the other two years before that,  but you aren't required to send along the return+forms/transcripts for those years.

A tax transcript is a summary of your complete return (1040+w2+1090 etc) everything submitted... if you don't send the transcript but a copy of the tax return instead you need to send copies of all those other forms that were filed with the original 1040, or you will be rfe'd for a complete return. Technically the other forms aren't required with the transcript but as mentioned by @Scandi it's safest to send along w2 regardless. There have been rfe's in error.

I agree what a complete waste of money to pay someone for work you still have to do and when still having to ask VJ.

Yes it's literally a transcript of your complete return.
