first it doesn't costs to forward mail at post office but only they forward it for short time

and she got another notice saying the RFE was attached / so she needs to open the attachment and respond

there is limited time to respond to an RFE /i know this ast we got one/ my RFE came in November and had to be answered by February

What they request from you in RFE?  How long it takes for you to get approval petition?

To inform that OP had a visa denial and the petition was being send back to the USCIS. OP now apparently received or is receiving a RFE because the USCIS is reviewing his petition again before sending it back to the Embassy.

What is OP? uscis requesting more documents which is missing ? When we provide them it will take long time or not is this notice is better then notice of intent to Revoke?

Once you get the notice, make a photo of it, remove your personal data and let us read. We can give you better answer if we see the document text exactly.

Well, in all honesty, the customer service line cannot look into anything else but basic information such as your address and what kind of notices are being send out to you. No one knows what the RFE is for, except for the officer that issued you one.

We will update you what the officer need from us but it's better notice then intent to Revoke
