When you move you have to go to USPS and have them forward all your mail to your new address. I think it is like 5 dollars.

I am talking about request for evidence notice they send us so many people told to me that notice will take 6 to 1 year to recieve from uscis I am lucky to recieve it now?

You need to respond to the questions asked.

When did you send your initial petition to USCIS?

Did you get a NOA1?

That way we'll be able to tell you whether that timeline is accurate for the request for evidence.

Hopefully, this letter will explain why your case was sent back....then you can resolve whatever the problem was months ago......

To inform that OP had a visa denial and the petition was being send back to the USCIS. OP now apparently received or is receiving a RFE because the USCIS is reviewing his petition again before sending it back to the Embassy.
