Hello.

My wife will have her interview next month :)!

However there is a bit of concern - on my wife's passport it has my wife's original name prior to marriage and I am listed as "Husband" as well.

However on the DS260 forms and application her name is listed as her married name (which she took my surname).

I am wondering, will that cause a issue when she goes to the interview?

I dont think it should be any issue. She better brings her marriage certificate and any document that shows the link between married and maiden name. I'm from Argentina and my argentine passport has my maiden last name and my US papers (green card, driver license etc) has my married last name and I never had any problem. Not even when I traveled abroad and returned to US.

Visa in passport name

Green card in visa name

If your wife wants her green card in her married surname she will need to change the passport before interview.
