NVC Summary Page Error

I have a problem regarding my cases (mine and my daughter's case) at NVC. 
We are doing the new CEAC upload process and NVC accidentally have put a stranger as the petitioner on our summary page. 
We called NVC several times and they said they have the right names in their system and it must be only an error on the summary pages which would be no issue if we continue with our process. We wrote an e-mail as well just to make sure this is right. After 3 Weeks we finally got a response back. And the only answer was "pay the fees"..so this answer was really disappointing. Now we are pretty lost what to do..i am scared they will mess it up more if we pay the AOS fee in the name of somebody else. What would you guys do?

 

USCIS

I-130 sent:  11-11-2016

NOA1: 11-15-16

NOA2: 06-19-2017 (216 Days)

 

CASE SENT TO NVC: 06-26-2017

CEAC UPLOAD PROCESSING

Received: 07-07-2017

Got Case# and Invoice#: 07-08-2017 (via E-mail)

Paid AOS fee: 08-09-2017

Paid IV fee:     08-08-2017

Upload AOS:  08-20-2017

Submit DS-260 and upload IV: 08-28-2017-

- NO CHECKLIST -

 

CASE COMPLETE: 08-31-2017

Interview - US Embassy, Frankurt, Germany

10/18/2017 - APPROVED!!!
