Your question is confusing. The fiancé visa has immigration intent. The intention for such visa holders should be to marry and settle and live with their spouse in the USA. This visa permits you to travel with a one-way ticket (although round-trip tickets are often cheaper from high-traffic areas such as Europe so if a round-trip ticket is cheaper then buy a round-trip). I don't know what you mean by "leave for 6 months". Are you not planning to live in the USA with your spouse? That's the general order of things for fiancé visa holders. If you and your spouse are going to be living in a different country then the K-1 was a waste of money as you do not need a K-1 to marry in the USA if you are not planning to live here immediately after the marriage.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Your question is confusing. If you're approved K1 visa holder or fiance Visa you shouldn't have to file leave instead file for a resignation letter. However if you're a GC holder before or after 6 months in USA which I believe in the long process is impossible you can go back home but just for a visit.
