Hi Guys,

 

I'm waiting for my interview schedule at US embassy Manila. I just want to know if CENOMAR is mandatory to provide during my interview. I'm F2B visa applicant petitioned by my mother.  Any help and advice?

yes CENOMAR is required for your visa category of F2B - unmarried sons and daughters of permanent residents. the embassy just want to make sure that you still qualify for the benefit you are seeking. coz if you are no longer unmarried, your visa petition becomes void as there is no category for married sons and daughters of permanent residents, only married sons and daughters of US Citizens.
