Well the inlaws went to the consulate in Moscow to get new visa's. Mom has traveled many times on here old visa but Dad never used his, due to work. Mom got here new Visa, while Dad got an Administrative review. Seems strange, he was able to get a visa before with no problems. Should we be worried?
