Can my stolen identity/SSN affect the background check and prevent me from getting NOA2?

I've had my identity stolen in 2014 (I was 20 years old.) I thought I had it sorted out, but then last year in 2016 I had someone open up credit cards in my name. I reported it to all 3 credit bureaus and had it reported to the state police and FTC. Every time I file my taxes there's a code I get every year to put on my tax forms with my social security number. I haven't had an incident happen since I did a freeze last year and it's supposed to be for 7 years. My question and my worry is, will the fact that I've had my identity stolen affect the outcome of the background check? Will they be able to successfully complete the background check? My last 3 tax returns are available fortunately, so they can easily verify my identity through the IRS since I filed my tax return for 2014, 2015, and 2016 successfully. I worry that USCIS will deny me from getting an NOA2 because of my stolen identity and worry that the background check will come up with 2 different people under my social security number. I checked my credit reports and it only has my address and everything.... so am I just overthinking? What will happen?

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm just nervous and have been waiting for our NOA2 and I'm 130 days since NOA1. If this sounds stupid, I apologize, as lately I've just been stressed out.

It's mostly a criminal check not a credit check of the petitioner.

If someone committed a crime and used your identity then I could see there being problems.

OK, and I would definitely know about that? If someone committed a crime using my identity, wouldn't the police come after me so to speak?
I'm not sure how that works. But thank you, the information is incredibly helpful and helped with the stress a bit!

yes don't worry about it. You have taken the proper steps by notifying the IRS and the credit reporting agencies.

Your NOA 2 will come probably this month.
