Make sure you take your spouse along, that way when you do your N-400 they can knock out the I-751 as well. Lots of folks in Chicago has success at the combo interview using this approach !

My mom's priority date is Oct 2, and her oath is in 1 week.

It will post on your account in 2-3 days. My mom's (Chicago) was 2 days, mine (Seattle) was 3 days.

I am kinda confused.. did they already pick a date for me and it will show the date in 2-3 days or I am still waiting for a date? Hmmm..

will be scheduled, so no date yet, you will received another updated stating we scheduled your oath ceremony, this is the message you will get once they scheduled you for oath.

Huh, I was excited for a moment cause I hoped that I might get a date these days. But it is what it is..

I’m so sorry- I thought it was the ‘oath scheduled’ email you received, not ‘in line’. My mom got the email about the oath scheduled a day after the in line email, and then the letter posted 2 days later.

I got the same update, but three updates in one day after a day of my interview, first was we approved, second oath will be scheduled and last was we scheduled your oath ceremony. 

So wait for another update about your oath schedule, and I believe once you have your naturalization certificate you will receive another update saying naturalization certificate was issued.

If I dont mind asking, How long did it take for you from the date of the interview till they schedule the interview? And when was your oath, how long did you wait?

You're Welcome, keep in mind as well that not all field office have the same processing and oath ceremony timeline, some might take longer some are faster.
