Hello. I am March filer. Passed the biometrics on April 3rd, still have the case status We reviewed your biometrics , uscis still reviewing your case. It’s been 9 days since then, anyone had the situation to have this step take longer than usual (6-7days) to update the status to in line for interview or interview scheduled ? Please share your experience.

Mine showed biometrics until months later when I was scheduled for the interview.

Any recent experience... ?? Huh, I am gonna have my interview the end of April and I am freaking out.

My mother had her interview on 4/10 and it lasted around 20 minutes.  She said it was very straight forward.  I got an email of her approval shortly after she came out, and her oath has been scheduled for 4/29. No need to freak out, hopefully your case isn't complicated, and you'll sail right through.

She said he was an Asian man..

hmm...it does seem odd you haven’t heard anything in 10 days. Do you have an account in the uscis status page? It can provide more information as to what the hold up is. Create the account, then add your receipt number.

Hello girl123, how did your interview go? How was your experience- did you get approved on the spot? I will have mine at the end of the month and I am already starting to freak out.

Oh, mine was a caucasian man around his 30s...he did say he still needed his supervisor's approval and that's why he was "recommending" me for approval.

I have the account and it still says "you attended your interview". This is so frustrating. Worst thing is that infopass appointments are not available anymore.

The intervie was fine, I posted about my experience so if you return a few pages you may find it. I was not approved on the spot, the officer said he was "recommending me for approval" as he was still training and had to get his supervisor's OK. My case is pretty simple, came on a K1, still married, never had any issues...but relax, chances are you will have your interview and get your oath scheduled before me...I was always the one with the bad luck.

Oh ok... sounds like you got a junior officer so your case is probably sitting on someone’s desk waiting to be approved. I heard for the infopass the best time to try is really early in the morning. Sorry you are going through this, hopefully you get your oath schedule this week.

Chicago doesn't offer infopass appointments anymore...do you know if one can just walk in?

Thank you for your kind words. Dealing with USCIS has never been easy and it seems it will be difficult till the very end...

Wow you’re right: This office is not accepting walk-in requests or scheduling InfoPass appointments.

That doesn’t make any sense at all! Smh. Fingers crossed for this week 🤞

Don't worry, you will get the oath ceremony soon. My I751 is still pending, so I am assuming that I will have a combo interview. My husband is coning with me, hopefully, everything will turn out good. I just can not wait to be done with everything.
