Where can i find a cheap parking by uscis Building?

I used the ParkWhiz (https://www.parkwhiz.com/) app and found parking about two blocks away (10 min walk) for $12 to park anytime after 7AM and exit by 5PM. The board at the garage said $16 per hour and $12 early-bird special, so I am guessing ParkWhiz books the early-bird special and re-sells them.

So, I got a call today from immigration to tell me that my oath ceremony for the 17th was cancelled bcos my address does not come up in the Chicago area jurisdiction. She said I will be notified of the new date in the ltr future. Was in class when same number called 20 min ltr,  and the same lady informed me they rescheduled my ceremony for the 25th. 😀 the Peora mega ceremony.

Well that certainly makes sense.  But how crazy that they made it and cancelled it.

Looks like we are all going to be at the 25th!! Woohoo!!!

I did read that, and it does give me a sliver of hope now. I will certainly post about how the interview goes.

Have you had your interview scheduled yet?

No, I haven’t. I think if nothing changes, judging by how it goes with scheduling right now. I will probably end up having it on January-February . Something like that.

One question to you: before they scheduled an interview , did you receive something like : “ We put you in line for interview letter?” Or was it a letter with interview date right away?

I didn’t receive anything  about being in line, but hope for some movement next few months.

We did not receive anything that said "in line" on paper. Although I did call the helpline couple of weeks before receiving interview letter, and at that time they said that my wife is in line to be scheduled for an interview. It took us roughly six months for receive that letter.

I don't think there is cheap parking anywhere out there by USCIS, my wife and I took the train. $9/person/each way but i'd rather pay that and not have to deal with traffic (and I'm sure that parking would probably be about as much too downtown)

Guys, for about a few weeks my case status for N400 is displaying  CASE STATUS page, which is saying that they can’t provide me with any information on my case and when I call the USCIS automated voicemail , before it was giving me my last update, as of right now it is also saying that they can’t provide me with any information on the case. Does anybody else have the same thing?

Hi guys, i had my interview 2 days ago and the officer said that he can't give me a decision now for approval and they will contacting me by mail if there is any update or if they need something!!

Is this normal process? And when should i expect an update?

during your interview, was there anything that the interviewing officer didn't like or seem concerned with? it can be nothing and or it can be something. i believe if you call USCIS and speak to a lvl 2 officer (not lvl 1) they can give you more info.

I've seen this happen before where it doesn't update instantly (you'd think that it would)

either way if they told you that you have been approved congratulations! i would wait maybe until monday and if it doesn't update then call again. did you speak to a LVL 2 when you called? did they tell you that you have been scheduled for oath yet?
