That explains a lot. Mine is still within processing times, and the processing times seem to be stuck in December 2016... that’s why I will endlessly will be within processing times ((( until the N400, which is a Pandora box.Writing to CSC doesn’t even help, because they sent automatic email, that you are within processing times. May be representative will be a good idea in a few months.

Hi guys, i have a question. 

I just recieved Email now from uscis saying that they are still reviewing my case and there is no update at this time. I already got my interview schedualed like 12 days ago!! Is this email by mistake or what?

They will send you an email

every 28days or so... if you have an interview it will just mean since that notification there is no update. The interview is fine and the emails are automatic....

Yep. It's an automatic email. I kept receiving them even after my oath was scheduled.

Hi All,

 

I am a Chicago Filer and I currently have my i751 & N400 pending.

I received  an update today saying my n400 interview is now scheduled, however my ROC has yet to be approved. Does anyone know what will happen since Chicago does not do combo interviews?

In our case, my online status did not get updated. It went from scheduled for interview to directly to we sent you a letter stage. It took about 3 weeks after the interview to get the update. Not sure, when I will get the actual letter. That will be another week or so. I am hoping my oath will be sometime in September ( as we have to do a judicial oath not the usual one). All I was in travel for two weeks and I came home to find the letter for oath ceremony. The oath date is Aug 28. ( judicial oath).

 

Unfortunately, during my travel I got pulled over for a courtesy warning. I hope it is fine. Not a ticket but a courtesy warning. I may have to take the note to the ceremony. ( anyone who got a ticket, parking violation between interview and oath, could you kindly fill in on how to handle this)...Oh well.

Well dayyyyum. Just got notice that my oath ceremony has been scheduled. I can’t see yet when or where it is as the letter isn’t uploaded. I am praying it isn’t September 25th as I am In England. If it’s the 21st ceremony it still means changing my flight if I can as I fly out on 23rd....hoping it’s October 12th but doubt it as that’s too far out for the schedule 

many of my other Chicago fliers get their update today?!! 

I am wondering why I can’t fly to England on my British passport and re enter the US with my naturalization certificate??!! It proves I’m a citizen??!!!
